NO SUPRISE HERE - WINDOWLESS OFFICES CONTRIBUTE TO POOR HEALTH

If you have ever worked in a office space without natural lighting, you might be interested in a report which says circadian rhythms are negatively impacted.

The research shows office staff stuck in windowless rooms are less likely to exercise, suffer from broken sleep, have less energy and have broken sleeping patterns. 

The lack of a good nights sleep is already associated with Heart disease, obesity, diabetes, depression and a lack of focus.

The findings were published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine
