TAGS AND SLAGS

I have been retina deep into some great reading over the past couple of weeks.

My encounters in social media have mostly been limited to throwing out a little blood into the turbulent tides of the Twitterverse to attract a few of the local futiltarians.

Demonstrating an expected classical Pavlovian response, the futiltarians demonstrated that they act less intelligently in a polarized context.  The fringe fulitarians are not capable of non-partisan discussion. They are tethered to a twisted lunacy based on a pack consensus.

They often can not see the forest for the tress.  Cynicism seems to be their mode of operation. It's the responsibility of reasonable people to take responsibility. It's not fun, but you have to do it.

Tags and slags make a poor substitute for substantive debate.
