GET STARTED

I stumbled on this post about leveling up your life and getting in shape on Nerd Fitness that might be applicable to many of you.

Steve offers 10 of his favorite ways to level up in five minutes or less. It is pretty basic, easy and fun advice that might help you generate that little bit of all-spark that you need to transform your life and keep the momentum going.

Much of it is common sense.


 Some of it you might all ready be doing. 

Together it might be worth adopting.

After all it is the Spring, the season of renewal, liberation, and resurrection.
