Jim is talking policy, and it mostly makes great sense. The issue is that no one is listening!

The party would do well if they put Jim in charge of developing the next Red Book. Most of his policy does make sense.

But he needs to learn that in Newfoundland, the electorate do not want policy. They want sound bights, insults, and arrogance. Hence the success of Danny Williams and Dunderdale.

The PC policy of the past decase has been so fatally flawed. It was carried by Williams. But the province is clearly not better off today than it was 15 years ago.
