Apple has filed a patent and trademark for the "iWatch"
It would appear that the next big thing in technology from Apple is going to be wearable tech. Google, filed a smart watch patent last year. Apple likes to file first in Caribbean countries where internet searches of databases are not easy, or are non existent. They than can pull a priority registration in other countries. Slick stuff!
According to Samantha Murphy the new watch will be slick with a curvatures shape to accommodate the battery and eliminate any bulkiness and use of space. Apple is all about form. "The filing with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
details how "a curve is formed at one end of the battery cell during
the manufacturing process" or how it could be formed at "two ends."
It will be interesting to learn what the bluetooth on an iWatch will be able to do compared to Iphones and Ipods.
