I can not help but feel like I am being pickpocketed this morning.

The cost of gas is sickening!

An increase of four cents over night meant that regular self-serve gas prices are up to $1.384 for a litre!

A quick check of the Public Utilities Board for the cost of furnace oil produced another furrowed eye-brow, it too had increased by 0.39 cents.

Logistics demand that we operate two vehicles. Maintenance, insurance and one car payment gobbles up a hefty chunk of our monthly budget.

The insatiable appetite of our vehicles in the Winter is always a consideration. It seems that I am always at a gas station filling-up!

All I can do is grunt, groan, complain and wait for the summer when the kids are out of school and we only need one car!
