Steve Job's must be laughing today in whatever plain of existence his afterlife has taken him.

An American judge has issued a preliminary injunction against the sale of Samsung's new Galaxy Tab 10.1. The Apple Clone was deemed to be so close a copy of the iPad that the judge did hesitate to offer the injunction.

Judge Lucy Koh told Samsung that it "does not have a right to compete unfairly by flooding the market with infringing products,"

Samsung has already filed notice that it will appeal.

Jobs was known for "adopting" existing ideas and refining them. admitted to using existing ideas and refining them.

Samsung's Galaxy phones are continuing to outsellin Apple's iPhone in a duel for the lucrative high end of the mobile industry.
