JUST IN TIME FOR THE LONG WEEKEND

It would not be a long weekend with out a bump in fuel prices!

After a series of price drops, gas prices are going up.

NDP MHA, George Murphy, who is the spokesperson for The Consumer Group for Fair Gas Prices, says the indicators are pointing towards a 1.6 cent spike in gas prices. Diesel is expected to drop by 1.6 cents.

I have been spoiled over the past couple of weeks driving my dad's diesel Jetta while he is away on vacation. What a relief on my pocketbook.

Gasbuddy.com, a website that tracks gas prices in North America, says the average price at the pumps in Canada is 127.6 cents per litre and holding steady.
