One-time candidate Senator John Edwards is wading into the turbulent head waters of the Democratic nomination. He is warning Hillary Clinton to be strategic and not damage the party in the final stretch.
Like Al Gore, the fence sitting voice of neutrality could quickly bring this race to a finish. He told CBS' Face the Nation that Clinton “has to be really careful that she’s not damaging our prospects" by continuing to take jabs at Obama. "If she makes the case for herself, which she's completely entitled to do, she has to be really careful that she's not damaging our prospects, the Democratic Party, and our cause, for the fall."
He says the race is all but over and the math is irrefutable.
